Should I get tips for rezzing people?

If someone random asks for a res, you should get a tip.
If you are in a group and someone asks for a battle res, you should not get a tip.
If you are in a group and out of combat when someone asks for a res, you should not get a tip.
If you are in a group after a wipe when someone asks for a res instead of running back like everyone else, you should maybe get a tip.

If someone random asks for a portal, you should get a tip.
If you are in a group and someone asks for a portal, you should not get a tip.

I'm honestly going to try doing this the next time I see some one air dive and ask for a rez.
