is there an easy way to setup the color for affdots

there is. type /affdots and then the configuration should pop up. the 'Colours' option should be the 5th one down and you can change the colours to whatever you want for the different scenarios affdots provides

i know but is there a smart/good way to set the first 2 to green? or something

Well you can have different shades of green sure.. :P but I wouldn't recommend making them the same colour cause they mean different things. The only options I would consider making the same colour are the 2nd and 3rd and 5th and 6th options :S

so color 1 green and the others red?

If you wanna colour code it like that then I would say only colour the ones red that would be a dps loss. so ones like 'your current stats are worse. not pandemic safe.' or 'current stats are same. not pandemic safe'. and then colour code green the options that would be a dps gain.
