TLR - really fast but quite expensive. ~4600 Ghost Irons Bars needed and for my realm (Sylvanas EU) that would mean ~17250g if all of them were bought at the price of the lowest on AH.

Most people will use this as a way to get around scarce Outland and possibly Northrend mats. "Hmm, 2000g in ghost iron bars, or 12 hours of CRZ ore farming, let me think...."
