Has everybody else forgot about WoW TCG? Weren't they going to make a WoW TCG Video Game/Online game? Could explain the parchment and the hearthstone symbol.

Blizz dota ofcourse, i don't see anything else happening.
I think Blizzcon is the place to be for 'Titan', otherwise you could be right.
I cried alone every single night. It felt like every day that passed here stole another piece of my real life away. After i cried, I’d go and fight as hard as I could. My only thought was winning, moving forward, and getting stronger. — Asuna Yuuki
Actually I think Blizzcon is not going to be the place they announce Titan. They actually haven't announced anything at Blizzcon other than Warcraft expansions. Starcraft II and Diablo III announcements were stand-alone events.

see my above post.... historically speaking, the only thing they ever announce at Blizzcon are Warcraft expansions.
Having said that, just seeing a simple one-off print sheet with a rune, wax splat and funny fantasy writing tells me it's not a major announcement. Major announcements get week-long website teasers for it to generate hype.
Again, my belief is that it's a Lost Vikings reboot on iOS.
Really? I'm pretty sure Diablo 3 was first officialy announced at WWI2008 in France, and SC2 in WWI2007 in Korea.
animated film.
Diablo 1/2 for Android/ios.
The part "Were excited for you to get your hands on." Seems to hint and mobile and it just seems like a daiblo hint with the wax seal.
Also to the people saying Blizzard all stars NO. Thats not it, quit saying it, its already announced and you're sounding stupid.

"I hated hating Garrosh before it was cool."
FOR THE HORDE!!!
Judging by Blizzard's recruitment, http://eu.blizzard.com/en-gb/company...egion=Americas , e would say its the all-stars game, just because its currently being developed by the SC2 team, and the SC2 team still has a 2nd expantion of SC2 to produce... But i could be wrong .

It's going to be a console title (XBLA Arcade and w/e the PS3 equivalent is) that is basically WoW characters with simplified, made-for-console abilities, and nothing but battleground style fights.
Lets re-read the announcement again...
Blizzard Entertainment has something new to share with you at PAX EAST
(New: means new, so no All Stars or anything else that has been mentioned that we already know about...)
We've been working on a little something...
(here the word Little could literally mean its a small game, or not)
...different from our other games...
(Different, though, is very clear. To me, different means something completely new and unrelated to any of the current franchises, but it could also be a different kind of game in an existing franchise (or multi-franchise))
... It's not a sequel, expansion, or that rumored next-gen MMO...
(Here, again, they are very clear that it's NOT any of these things... so they are all discarded)
My thoughts are a causal (maybe Facebook?) game, or a turn-based strat game of some kind.
Blizzard All-Stars wouldn't be a yet unannounced game. Maybe has something to do with that Heroes of Warcraft thing?
