Prot Hit and Expertise

Hello All!

I have a question for you all. I created an off spec, specifically to just grind out my VP for the week. I'm currently using askmrrobot for a little bit of help, gemming, enchants, ect, ect. One thing I noticed, it's telling me to go past my expertise cap (7.5%). Is this right, or do I really need to be past 7.5% expertise?

Note; I do not tank raid bosses. Only Heroic Dungeons.

7.5% is the dodge cap. For Prot, that's meaningless; expertise maintains its full value to the parry cap, which is 15% for raid bosses. If you're only doing dungeons then you only need the cap for two levels above you, which I believe is 12%.
