Arcane from Nerf to Buffed?

so we went from getting nerfed to getting buffed?

or is this a typo?

Arcane Missiles damage and SP scaling increased by 2%.

Arcane Blast damage and SP scaling increased by 3%.
Arcane Missiles damage and SP scaling increased by 2%.

Please don't start new threads when we are already discussing the same issue in both the "Arcane nerf" and the "5.2 PTR" threads. This is a 2% buff after the 22% and then the 2% nerfs. If you wish to discuss this further, please use the 5.2 ptr discussion thread.
