There was a screenshot and video floating around of the main character Jade & her pig friend. But they didn't officially reveal that the game was in development. In fact, the screen came out years ago and they said if they did make it then it wouldn't come out until nex-gen (which is next year AHHHHH). Hope to hear something official soon. Beyond Good & Evil is the best game I've ever played.

Holy hannah... how could I forget THAT? For it's time, it was such an ambitious, sublime game! ... Buggy as all hell, and it really showed the Quake 2 engine's age, but damn... what a fantastic game it was... I would do so many dirty, dirty things to hear a (proper) sequel was being made...

Also, @Deuse - If memory serves me correctly, there IS a sequel to BG&E in the works. In fact, there are quite a few screenshots and concept arts floating around.... Some info HERE

@Ryngo Blackratchet - Man, when I was a wee teen, and just cutting my teeth on PC gaming, I remember spending hours upon hours in Omikron, just getting LOST in its atmosphere - the music, the art, everything just oozed style. I utterly loved that game. Apparently there WAS supposed to be a sequel made, but it got shut down
