Your opinion of Private Servers?

I guess the title explains the thread. What's your opinion of private servers and the people that play on them?

(I'm not going to say the name of the server, but not all servers are glitchy and stupid. Some are 'blizzlike'.)

My opinion on the creators and players of private servers are low, lower than dirt.

I tried playing on one once when college was taking too much of my time and money for official WoW... I still feel dirty to this day.

They're buggy.

Who the hell cares? I'm not sure that I'd want to play anyone's twisted build of the game, either. Shockwave is probably a 1 minute cooldown that does no damage and there's no Charge Stun on Charge.

but since we can, yes, I agree with Pebrocks. But hey, at least all those complaining about Vanilla and TBC servers have a place to go!

Fun. I play on a pre-BC one, only downside is class balance (rather, lack thereof).

Some creators of private servers pour their hearts and souls, not to mention spare time, into creating an experience blizzard no longer provides. How is that low?
