How to solve communication problems at work?
Can I ask why have moderators if blatant harassment doesn't get dealt with?

Noticed with my Frost DK on the PTR even after adding the Shado Pan ilvl522 Necklace for haste over my 489 piece that my haste had dropped from 58% down to barely 50% anyone else notice this???

Apparently on the PTR ilvl is being scaled down to 470 for HoF and ToES LFR. Maybe a similar ilvl down-scaling is enacted out of raids?

You should determine first where exactly the haste is missing, perhaps then someone can help you.
