    Looking to upgrade my computer.

I recently purchased a HP8 Envy 1417c. It came with a Nvidia Geforce gt 630. What kind of graphics card can this computer handle (I dont know that much about computers). Now I am not looking for an extreme upgrade just better than what this is(I mainly play Wow and Sim City when it comes out). Also could I install a solid state hardrive onto this computer as well?

Here is a link to my computer specs: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/d...=5296865#N1708

Yes to the Solid State Drive. Your motherboard has 2xSata 6 ports so if you buy the latest SSD's that support that interface then you're good to go. Here are where they are located http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/spec...mosa-pegatron/.

In terms of GPU it's a difficult one. You might need a new power supply. I have no idea how many PCIe connectors your power supply has. This might be a question for the HP customer support team. You might need a new Power Supply if you're thinking of a GPU upgrade. Everything else seems fine in terms of specs.

Yes you can add a SSD. What kind of budget do you have for a new GPU?
    Intel i5-3570K @ 4.7GHz | MSI Z77 Mpower | Noctua NH-D14 | Corsair Vengeance LP White 1.35V 8GB 1600MHz
    Gigabyte GTX 670 OC Windforce 3X @ 1372/7604MHz | Corsair Force GT 120GB | Silverstone Fortress FT02 | Corsair VX450

I would spend somewhere around $150-$200 for a new gpu.

A Radeon 7850 should work since it claims to have a 460W PSU, you might want to check that this is actually the case and that you have a 6 or 6+2pin PCI-E power cable available as well.
