March 5th: ToT opens.
March 12th: Heroic Mode is available.
March 26th: ToT first wing in LFR opens.
April 16th: ToT second wing in LFR opens.
May 7th: ToT third wing in LFR opens.
May 28th: ToT final wing in LFR opens.

A couple has always meant 2, not sure where you get the 3 from.

Yuup. Considering how many people actually just run lfr instead of raiding I wonder why they have on in the first place? I guess as more incentive to organize a raid and further gate the majority of players?
