A good server to call home?

Hey all, I've been pretty inactive for a while and only really passively played here and there. But 5.2 has gotten my excited and wanting to play again, among my other issues (like which of my 8 level 90's do I want to focus on) comes the issue with my servers. Both of the server where I couldn't reside have become fairly dormant, sadly. I was looking out to the community for some insight on where would be a good place to call home. I'll give ya what I'm looking for and hopefully some of you might know a good place for me.

-Several progression guilds or guilds that are at least progressing through content. I have been in several progression guilds in the past and would ideally like to hop back into a "middle of the pack" progression guild.

-Active world PvP. I know this one can be a bit more uncommon, but with 5.2 and the new daily island I'd like a PvP server that actually has a Horde / Alliance ratio and isn't completely skewed.

-Preferably EST

-Horde would be ideal, but I have characters of both factions.

-Just generally active, my server seems to be dead all the time, even on the weekends there are only a few lines in trade chat.

Honestly if you want active world pvp go to Emerald Dream. It's pretty balanced. I think there is a little bit more horde than alliance but it's pretty equal. If you want pve progression i'm not sure how well they do but I know world pvp is very big there.

It being an RP-PvP, is there a fair amount of RP involved there as well?

Also, in terms of progression: They're ranked 67th world for servers.

Go Kil'Jaeden, very balanced and the most active WPVP in the game, west coast but I think most servers have so many players from everywhere and different schedules that it doesn't matter.

You can 85-90 in a day? without playing 24 hrs straight.. in less than a week.
