Nice idea, though I am not a huge fan of neither High Elves or Ogres. I would rather have Nagas and something else.

I love this! But think it's gonna be split into 2 X-packs. Where the one after Mist of Pandaria is gonna focus on The old God and Queen Azshara and her Naga.
Where the one after that is gonna be "The Return of The Legion"!

I was amazed by your story, id like to see it happen exept I dont want to fight Sargeras as I want more than one expension left ;P ALso, id love to see the return of Aegwynn as it was mentionned in the second or third book THAT Medivh ( Sargeras ) Banished her somewhere and he said it would take her a while to get back on the scene. That said, I am still reading the books so not sure if he already is back :S Thanks for the post, You gave me something nice to read during my break Also, I dont wanna have no ogres ;( they are big and ugly lolz.

Deathwing required the Dragon Soul to even hurt him. A weapon that didn't even belong in the current timeline. Besides, Nozdormu had to change the normal way the timeline would go to protect the future. If he hadn't, Deathwing would win and everyone would die. Nozdormu broke his oath to not change anything.

And you're exxagerating Kil'jaeden heavily. Where do you get these 'facts' from? I'd like to see you back them up. I never heard he could change his size at will for example. Sure, he's a big fella, but have you seen Deathwing's size? Besides, Archimonde was supposed to be more powerful than Kil'jaeden, since Archimonde was the warrior, while Kil'jaeden was the tactician.

And Archimonde did more damage than Deathwing? Archimonde destroyed Dalaran, nothing more. Deathwing broke the world, resulting in disasters all over the planet. Entire zones were leveled. It is called the second sundering for a reason. The first sundering was due to the Well of Eternity imploding, the second sundering was just Deathwing having some fun with Azeroth.

You're right that the true power of the Legion stems from it's leader, but that leader is Sargeras, not Kil'jaeden.
Kil'jaeden is another leader that is still ungodly powerful.

Archimonde did nothing much? He basically steamrolled everything in his way. If you lack knowledge on your lore, and call 25 people DPS-ing his ass as him getting owned, news flash, Archimonde was still killed by WISPS. Archimonde defeated Malorne, was basically owning the Alliance and the Horde, and pretty much nothing could stop him, save for Thrall who managed but a tiny injury.

Wow, so you just admitted that Kil'jaeden's impending arrival(in a half-summoned state), which required EVERYONE'S attention as a weaker threat than Deathwing whose presence didn't make such a huge fuss? Final Cataclysm by Deathwing VS Impending arrival of Kil'jaeden. Take your pick.

Well, in lore, in truth there was no adventurers party (us) when Archimonde died. Blizz just made Battle for Mount Hyjal as a fun raid. Real story was told in WC3 Reign of Chaos, where was no such bend of adventurers. And yes it was nothing for Archimonde to take all 3 races and smash their forces into each other, All Night Elves intended was to win some time and let the World Tree fully charge and some Spirited to be fully called against Archimonde. So Archimonde wasnt killed by sword, Bow, lesser magic or Smth our characters of even our leaders could handle it was Power of World Tree. So yes Demons (archimonde/Kil'jaedan) are way more powerful that Deathwing! Imo we will kill Kil'jaeden in the same tricky way like Archimonde was killed.

War is deception, a game played best from the shadows!

I wonder why Hardstyler01 says it was retconned.

If it was so easy to take down the leader of the legion, why the hell are there still bosses from the burning legion? If Archimonde was so weak you'd be steamrolling over everything else.

So, how strong is this Deathwing physically? Archimonde created hills and ravines from clashing with Malorne, and grew to match Malorne in size. How will deathwing beat Archimonde?
