If you searched else where you would notice it's not coming till 5.4.

it's an epic questline where you seek magical, legendary spherical objects over whole world (something like archeology). When you find them you learn that those are Thralls missing balls. Upon receiving them back he man's up, goes to Org and kicks Garrosh to another dimension. That's an attunement for Siege of Orgrimmar.
