    Rift Support Chat now Seven days a week

    If you now have an in-game issue you can live chat with a GM seven days a week

    Times are:

    6:00AM Pacific (2:00PM GMT) – 5:00PM Pacific (1:00AM GMT)

    This will be the new way to contact Customer Support from March 11th on as Elrar posted:

    As a part of this expansion, and to provide the best service to the most players, we will be discontinuing phone support beginning Monday, March 11. All services previously handled by phone will now be run through Support Chat.

    I'm not really sure how I feel about this change, there's something about a good phone-based customer service that is more homey, I guess you could say.

    Not tried it but stuff like this normally screams Asian office with some guys using copy/pastes from a manual. Have to see how it goes though

    Yeah i have rang Trion atleast 3 times and every time they have been badass but i have also used the chat feature online the guy on there was super awesome too to be fair.

    Well, if it's anything like the chat support I got it's great. Got a response in 10 minutes and the person who helped me out resolved my issue (login problems) in about 5 minutes.

    I got an instant response online, it was a live chat too (like Skype or Windows live)

    I've not used Rift's chat support but I've used it for my ISP and actually prefer it over a voice call every time I've used it.

    it is very fast, and they have a cool privacy box where all the things you send like account details are immediately deleted after use
