Upgrade video card (Radeon 6570 to ?)

Good evening! Looking to upgrade my video card. This computer is mainly used to play WoW and Diablo 3.

Resolution: 1600x900
Currently using an AMD Radeon HD 6570.
Using an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570 in a asus p8z77-Vlk with 8 gb of ram.

I'm looking to upgrade as my FPS drops to 10 fps or below on Elegon with everything to low / off. I've also noticed bad graphical tearing with this card.

Looking for any suggestions, the cheaper the better.

What kind of budget do you have? Also what power supply do you currently have?

Are you noticing the tearing while at or around 10 fps? Or does that happen at other times, when your fps is high?

perhaps a 7770 since we don't know what PSU the OP runs should be enough for his resolution?
