Back to default UI.

Just wondering how to get back to the default UI as once I remove all the addons I have the UI is still pretty messed up.

Delete your interface folder.

Even with deleting the folder, my health bar and enemy's are both still messed up.

To the lower left in your interface there is a button named "default" press it.

The easy way to reset your UI to default is to exit the game, open your WoW directory, and delete the WTF, Cache, and Interface folders followed by a reboot of your computer then running the client as administrator.

Sounds like it is more than a UI problem. Follow the suggestions of the above people. The next time you restart WoW, the folders will regenerate themselves with default settings. Just remember you will lose ALL of your original settings so you'll likely need to set everything again manually.
