Talked to a GM, seemed to confirm that the random loot drops can replace anything in the instance... Dont like this at all, at least Ji Kun gave us Teir (though I got Trash drop shoulders from my coin.....)

We killed Council yesterday and only got ONE item in 10 man. One! The Juju trinket.

What happened to us tonight was we only got one item, tanking trinket from the council, no token or any other loot in it's place.
