chim shot hot nerfed over night?

logged on patch day hitting for 305% + x amount of damage, log on nxt morning hitting for 265% + x amount damage.

is this a tooltip bug or did it seriously get nerfed?

You are having a big weird bug, because tooltips can't be changed by hotfixes. Even if they nerfed the ability stealthly, your tooltip wouldn't change (like before patch, when Aspect of the Hawk said you got 10% AP, but you actually had 15%; the tooltip was only fixed when patch 5.2 launched)

It was changed to 265% in the last few PTR builds and has been that way since the patch went on live servers. No hotfix nerfs.
