I got both of my mages sha weapons in Terrace on Tuesday. The RNG is still there but honestly why would people rather have less gear possible by having everyone roll on it? Makes no sense to me. I like everyone having their own separate rolls and at least getting something for it. I can have gone a for a long time without winning anything, but at least I got money to cover my repair bills and give me a profit. System works very well to me.

Even with a 99% chance on loot there will still be people looting nothing but gold.
There is no difference between getting nothing and seeing the item you want drop and losing the roll.

*well there is, on the 2nd option you can rage against the dps that took your healing item or the last place on dps winning your tank trinkets. The system now is the best system to use in a group op 25 strangers who don't care about one another.

Have only had time to run one LFR - ToES. 4 bosses and used 1 coin. Got 5 fail bags with nothing but gold. and to boot, gold was less then the 28G previously. I know its RNG, but kinda adds insult to injury.

First raid, was just gold - 6 bags... nothing else - second raid was 3 loots, 3 bags of gold. But one guy opened his fail bag and got 8 motes. I was like O.O

I even got my first piece of tier, after months of not getting any. That was exciting, and proof to me the loot is fixed.

Can't wait to hit LFR Thunder next week though. New is fun.

That would be childlike adults. They're adults of their race, just very young looking to us. Simply a cherubic-looking race of all females.

I suppose I got lucky, Ran the LFR HoF(Dread Approach, I think). Got a belt and 2 - T14 tokens(to finish my 4pT14 set)
So that was a drop off each boss.

"greatly increased drop chance" isn't working for me :'(

Ran LFR on the shaman (only the 1st three) and got some gear. I don't have a problem with the new LFR drop rates or whats in a bag. Of course I'm not worried about getting anything special either so I guess I'm in the minority.

NO loot though. I don;t know why I'm surprised, I've done LFR pretty much every week since 5.0, and I've gotten exactly 6 items, TOTAL, on my healer druid.

For those who don't queue as a tank.
I only get a pet in like 1/20+ bags, I've got a mount a couple of times, like 3 mounts over the past expansion, and I queue for a lot of tank bags, because I like plowing through the instances (All the mounts I got, I already had)
Tank bags usually have a gem, maybe a flask, or a couple of pots.
It's not gonna be.
Open 10 bags, get 10 pets/mounts.

tried endless jsut to try out had 1 elder charm.

4 bosses 1 charm gave me the cloak of protectors and the helm of sha. since i went in with my main i could use neither but jsut a few month ago that would have been gold.

got 2 gold bags with 26gold in it 2 otehr bags with 26gold in it and 1 spirit of harmony in one and a sha crustal in hte other.

Defiently improvement might actually do lfr on all chars now.

I haven't done LFR post 5.2, but I'm sure the difference between 28g50s and like 20g (if that's what it is), is huge. That means, each week of 16 bosses getting no loot, you're losing 136g!

Lose a bit of gold, gain a chance to get rare pets/mounts.

From my tank bag recently, I got a Razzashi Hatchling, sold it for 2k. That's slightly better than a 8g per bag.

Well at least I got tier pants but everything else was either gold or duplicates of whatever I already have. I get better loot in general from Blingtron.

Did anyone get anything but gold from those so far? All that happened to me was that I effectively got less gold than I got before 5.2, thanks for that!

Please people. Be reasonable. Blizzard increased the drop rate. It did not promise people it is 100%. It is still possible, despite the increase drop rate, that people will not get anything.

I think the system is working because people in my guilds have had mix results. Some reported getting many items while other did not get anything.

A chance is still a chance. Even at 99.99% drop rate, there is still a chance chance you will not get anything.

I got an armor potion and blood spirit, on my lock.
And Galleon dropped a ring, that's it.
I'm not feeling the buffed dropped rate of GEAR.

Fun? I thought fun was removed some patches ago . But very nice indeed. Did you go on an alt that needed a lot of gear still or did you by a miracle get all the pieces you were looking for on your geared toon?

Not that it matters that much, you got gear plain and simple (and good). I just need the tiershoulders very very badly. I have been playing my alt warrior for quite some time now. Only monday or something did I replace my pvp-shoulders (450 itemlevel) with heroic dungeongear (463). The tier ones or other epic ones do not drop at all for him (yet). I've used my coins to that point alone, same with a weapon.

And I still need some other pieces that I want to be replaced but it is not as important to me really. If I would get lucky and actually get the 4 items that I would like to replace.... I would be a happy pally (main is paladin)

Yes and no. One character was my warrior tank, who is 480+ and can't use anything from MV; I was helping my boyfriend learn to tank. He won two items, including a duplicate of the weapon from elegon. My druid won 4 pieces, two he could use (ring/head), and two he couldn't (cloak/neck), and my priest won one: her shoulders.

So all in all it was an epic night of winning. Sorry about your shoulders
