Warrior Trinkets

Hello fellow warriors, been reading a lot about this and its kind of annoying trying to find out what is best in slot.

So for Arms and Fury, I'm currently dpsing as Arms in Throne of Thunder.

For BiS trinkets are they Gaze of The Twins + Primodius' Talisman of Rage or is it Gaze of The Twins + Spark of Zandalar

Is the first set of trinkets BiS for both Arms and Fury or is it the second set of trinkets that is BiS or is it that each spec has a different set.

Currently I've been lead to believe that Gaze of The Twins + Primordius' Talisman of Rage are BiS for both specs.

Please give me your insight.
