Will RET hit a HASTE cap at any point during T15? What is the cap?

There is no cap. You CAN become GCD capped when your GCD is exactly one second, but you will never truly cap because of the way sanctity of battle works.

Yes, we do. The reason never changes. More haste = shorter GCDs, shorter CDs because of SoB, more melee swings, and thus more AoW procs, resulting in less down time, more ability usage, and higher DPS.

I wouldn't be so sure. As a tank with hard cap exp and some wasted item budget on parry/dodge, i'm sitting ~22% haste in <500 gear. in 522 possibly 535 gear should be able to reach it.

Well, I won't say it's not going to happen, but I don't think it scales up fast enough to more than double (what you have) within one tier. We'll see, though.

seriously? I've got 12% now in T14 LFR gear. so those 40 itemlevels will give an extra 33% haste?

This is fully maxed out heroic BiS haste gear, including Ra-Den loot. Gemmed full haste, etc.

I assume that's with raid buffs. With raid buffs, I have ~42%. The number I stated above, 45%, is unbuffed.

Yup. Expect to see 45%ish unbuffed haste by the end of this tier.
