[Holy] Paladin, need advise

Hello fellow Holy Pally's I have returned to WoW from a shor- longish break (5.1) and am looking for a few quick points on whats new and coming up in 5.4. Also on a side note I am going to a 10man guild from a 25man (I know =/) so I am curious what will I need to focus on more? In 10mans do I only heal tanks/my assignment or beacon tank and go berserk on the raid? Should I avoid HR and focus more on DL/LoD? any help will be appreciated!
