All of the models need updating, badly. But until then I'm going to have to say the worst is Night Elf male.

It is not enough for me to succeed, others must fail.
How Draenei should look like:
Leaner, better proportions.
I have no issues with the human male model, apart from face/hair options. But the actual body/animations looks just fine, imo. And I LOVE their jump+smash for special attacks.
In my opinion Troll & Night Elf male are the worst. I don't really mind any actual models in the game (maybe draenei male, a tiny bit) but the animations for these two are horrible, in my mind. Neither knows how to properly weild a 2hander (same goes for UD Male tho), and neither can properly cast stuff. Troll casting animation looks like a child playing Dragon Ball, and Night Elves looks like they have a migraine. Can't remember what the dual wield animations are like for Troll males, but I'll just assume it is as horrible as the rest. Nelf males dual wield animations are horrible too.
Also, Troll males animation for crafting/summoning a mount always make me think he's giving someone a handjob. Might be a bit immature, but I just can't think of it as anything else.
Male night elves are the worst. And that channeling animation...
Male troll. Can't see transmogs well.
All old models needs updating.

Tauren, Orc, and Troll females I can't stand. Worgen females, too.
Never forgive, never forget.|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Human definitely. I see a lot of hate for the Night Elf men, I haven't paid too much attention to them to really notice how bad they might look. I guess when I get into WoW I will look at their character creation.
Humans, only time I've played as one though was Culling of Stratholme....Felt like I was playing Roblox.
While I have huge problems with the NElf model, I have to disagree with those saying the melee attack animations are lacking. To me, they're the one redeeming feature - fluid like they should be, as opposed to the frankly clumsy attacks human models have.
Casting and out-of-combat animations need a revamp though. As I've previously stated, increasing the model size by 20% does a lot to resolve this - simply by slowing the animations down. Turns that waddle into a stride.
There is only one thing that we say to the god of death.
"Take Sean Bean instead."
