it took me weeks when suddently i got two in a row (had to be fast and mail the first one to my alt and pick up second one). the drop rates are odd

I hate to be "that guy", but I got mine on the first rare I killed. Until I saw this thread, I had no idea that it was set up any differently. So at least now I know where I spent all my RNG karma points, and why I won't be receiving anything else from RNG until near the end of WoD.
