Honor vs Valor neck question

People in 476 honor gear, are you running with the Malevolent necklace for the extra 300ish resil and power or with the ilvl522 neck available for valor that gives an extra 250-300 primary state and stamina?

I am asking because the extra stats on the higher ilvl neck seem too good to pass up but have not checked how much extra % id get from the pvp neck
