Need some WW help!

Hello, Monks! I'm hoping you can give me a bit of assistance. I'm an officer for a raiding guild looking to progress into ToT. As part of that, we're taking a look at all of our DPS and trying to find ways to improve.

Currently we raid with two full-time WW monks, Pandophile and Skerppy. They're both fairly equally geared (Pando is a bit ahead). These three logs are from last week in ToT: Jin'rok, Horridon, Council and Tortos. I'm hoping you can give me any sort of information on what they're doing right, what they may be doing wrong, and any advice I can give them to improve. I admit that I know little about WW, so take it easy on me!
