Help Fix My Hunter

Hi,
I am hoping some folks here might have some constructive feedback for me regarding the hunter on my raid team.
We are casual raiders, but I think she should be doing more DPS with her gear level.
She is consistently 10% behind our next highest DPS (under-performing enhancement shaman), and 20% to 40% behind our top DPS.
I would like to help her improve her performance, but I know next to nothing about playing a hunter.

She tries both BM and SV, but neither makes much of a difference (she was BM on our Jin'rokh kill).

BTW I am the Ele Shaman (Leto) in that report.

WARNING: Armory is showing expertise at 0 but this isn't correct. I'm exp capped and when I check my toon it's zero also. I'm suspecting a maintenance related issue. This hunter has some exp on gear too so it's obviously not zero.

OK I have to leave where I'm at so this is very high level, but... in your kill I don't see any specials being cast. No Kill Command (if she was BM) etc. Top 3 spells are Autoshot(!), Arcane and AMoC. (http://worldoflogs.com/reports/afpyo...?s=4162&e=4470). UNless I'm missing it WoL doesn't seem to be showing the Fluidity buff from standing in pools but of course she should be in those when they're up.

"Kill Command" shows up under her pet "Fezzik". 3.55M for the fight.
I don't see "Fluidity" for any of us, so I don't think it shows up in WoL.

While this is true she is still slight under hit and expertise. Now as for performance, her serpent sting up time is very low (45.6%) on the kill. Her Kill Command usage is also kinda low, she missed out on about 20 KC not including readiness, same with her Glaive Toss usage.

I don't know how much valor she has but when she can she should replace her Jade Bandit Figurine trinket with the Vicious Talisman of the Shado-Pan Assault. She should also replace her haste to gloves enchant with either expertise or mastery.

Auto Shot 4544248 32.8 % is killing you... I was 501 ilvl BM and my auto shot was at 18% and i was doing over 135k dps
