Tried this yesterday as well, and it was at the very least not reflecting all the damage. Fairly sure it wasn't doing anything at all. I had it glyphed, dropped it when Kazra'jin was overloading, and still took the reflect damage.

Aye same here, just kept taking dmg even with the totem down.

Not a huge surprise, when Grounding absorbed some kind of crucial spell of a boss, it got usually hotfix'd.
Same thing happened on Valiona & Theralion, there you could ground Blackout.
