Addon to track Weekly Flags

I vaguely remember someone mentioning an addon that could be used to track if you had killed Sha of Anger / Galleon on a toon by tracking the Quest Flag that is set when you kill it.

Does anyone know the name of the addon?

Also, does anyone now how difficult it would be to modify it to track the flags for the Weekly chest that spawns out on the world map in Isle of Thunder?

On the off chance you're using ElvUI, you can see that info by mousing over the time datatext.
