[Help] RBG strategies

Hello fellow PVPers. I am part of a casual guild on a PVE server and we want to start RBGing starting Monday. I was wondering if someone can direct me to some RBG strategies or guides since I wasn't able to find any on the interwebs. We did RBGs in Cata before (and did quite well considering we are doing this at a casual level), but we are a bit clueless when it comes to what we should focus on: killing healers, CCing or peeling...
I know most of the teams focus on getting certain team compositions but unfortunately this is something that we cannot afford. We rotate people every week because we try to give everyone a fair chance at doing RBGs. I know this is a big disadvantage to us already but I would appreciate it if someone could give us some tips or redirect us to some usefull sources.
