Atonement crit heal issue?

Hey all
So has anyone been noticing that atonement crit heals from Smites/Holyfire/Penance are quite lower than the actual crit damage?
Example 75k smite = 45k heal?
Non-crit heals are the same, 50k smite = 50k heal.
I've been noticing this since I guess patch day. All I can figure is it has something to do with the new mastery for Disc?

It's because atonement now applies divine aegis also when you crit giving you a shield, but lowering the healing.

If you'll recall, as part of the Priest changes in 5.2 they made Disc healing crits no longer do 200% healing, but instead do 100% and apply a Divine Aegis shield for 100% of the amount healed. So your Attonement crits will still be doing twice as much damage, but only a non-critical amount of healing plus shielding you.
