Hello, I've bought http://www.wowhead.com/item=94510 and I am currently using http://www.wowhead.com/item=86044. Should I replace it?

You should.

You'll get ~440 Int + X Haste , for ~899 Crit (Which can be lined up with CD's though).

440 Int are just a little bit behind 899 Crit DPSwise , so the extra haste will make the Talisman better. I also gues that 8,8k Haste will bring you over the next dot-breakpoint which would be a nice dmg-boost if you have the proc while redoting.
