Hands+Shoulders+Chest have good stats.

but here are some difficult choices:

Horridon Head: wowhead.com/item=94752

Lei Shen Leggins: wowhead.com/item=94990
T15 Leggins (Ji-Kun): wowhead.com/item=95327

The non set items are much better, but we have to take one...
