    502 Hunter LF Raid team

Hello Im a 502 Hunter on Kil'jaden (Obliiv), looking for a serious raid guild on my server or another if the prospect is good. I prefer 3 day raid weeks at 7pm pacific or later to whatever time. Im 23 so I dont have a bed time

I am currently 16/16n 7/16 heroic, and 3/12 however more then capable of full clearing and starting heroics.

I would like to leave a more casual raid environment to get into a serious one. I have raided since the start of wrath clearing all content, and starting in Uld all hard mode content.

I'm a player who will be on before a raid, ready to go. I am not someone who repeats mistakes or misses raids. Im also not a dick, i like to have fun and raid. I crave progression and love downing new fights.

The Church is an Alliance 25 man heroic progression guild on Darkspear. We love World of Warcraft, and we aim to offer a vibrant raiding community for PvE raiding. We are a 25-Man progression raiding guild and our #1 focus is killing bosses, but we offer a great community outside of raiding as well. We are always recruiting exceptional players!

    Raid schedule:
T|W|Th (+Fridays during the first week or two of progression)
    8:00-11:30PM MST

    EXPECTATIONS
Church members must exhibit a thorough understanding of their class and how to use it to the benefit of their groups. We like people who can work well with others in stressful situations, who can analyze challenges and offer solutions while accepting the ideas of others, and above all, we look for members who have that rare, but treasured combination of fun-loving maturity.

    HISTORY
We've cleared all content that's been released since the open of BC and have a few accomplishments under our belt:

    Server first Eredar Twins (pre-3.0)
Server first Algalon 25 man (The Celestial Defender)
Server first Yogg 0 25 man (Death's Demise)
    Tribute to Insanity 25
Only guild on Darkspear with Dedicated Insanity
Server first Heroic Gara'jal the Spiritbinder
Server first Heroic Spirit Kings 25 man
Server first Heroic Will of the Emperor 25 man (Delver of the Vaults)

You can read more about us and apply online at www.churchguild.org . Please note, some kind of combat log such as WWS/WMO/WOL will greatly improve your chances of being accepted. First impressions are key.

P.S: Contrary to our name, we are not a religious guild in any way.

    What we need from you:
    - Be motivated to be the best. If you aren't, and do not care that much, you aren't going to do that well.
    - Have 100% dedication to playing your character and class
    - Be RELIABLE, we need you to attend almost every raid. In the events that you can't attend we need to know in advance.
    - Have a microphone and not be afraid to use it. We do not type to communicate as it wastes time

You will receive criticism when you make mistakes, sometimes it will be harsh, but you must be able to take this and improve. If you are going to go and cry to your husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/mom when someone tells you that you did something wrong, we are not the place for you.

What you can expect from us:
    - A disciplined and hardcore raid environment, as a guild our focus will be on being #1 and anything else is falling short.
    - A social environment, for most of our members that is one of the biggest draws of this game. So you will find people on at all times, many of us play different games as well. Our guild may be predicated around raiding but we want a family type atmosphere (although that of a dysfunctional one) and do want interaction and interests to go beyond raiding.

Simple Math of Andorhal needs a hunter for a full-time 25-man raiding position. We raid Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-12:00am EST. We have completed 16/16 tier 14 heroic modes and 2/12 tier 15 heroic modes (as of March 19th).

We are a 7-year-old guild started in 2006 who has every server first on Andorhal since Karazhan. Most members of Simple Math have been active raiders for a year or more. This is one of the most stable guilds you'll find anywhere.

You can apply on our forums or by sending an officer your application in a private message. You can also reach me through realid via my battle tag at nik#1607. Hope to hear from you soon!

<Jinx> invites you to join us.

    We're 5/12 ToT normal

Raid Times are 9pm- 12am PST (11pm-2am CST, 12am-3am EST) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We only raid 9 hours a week and don't have time to mess around. You'll have to be good or it won't work out. Undergeared? We can work though that. Underskilled? Not so good.

<JINX> is a 25-man progression guild located on the Runetotem (US PVE) server. Our raiders and raid leadership are well-tuned in their roles and have extensive experience in the raid environment dating as far back as Vanilla WoW.

The J!NX Brand is a clothing company for Gamers and Geeks. Joining the J!NX Raid Team is an opportunity to experience WoW raiding in a unique environment. If you are an exceptional player with a good attitude, this is most likely the last guild you will ever join. If you're trying to balance your life, your job, and your family with your inner nerd, come hang with some like-minded individuals. This <Jinx> relationship does infer certain responsibilities: they pay for our vent/website, etc and you represent them appropriately by acting like a mature individual on the realm.

We expect 90% attendance from our raiders, so plan on being available for just about all scheduled activity. Guild membership is limited to adults (20+). Sorry, but this is a non-negotiable requirement.

Interested players should register at the J!NX Guild website and apply:
http://jinx.wowstead.com/ Click the “apply” button just under the class recruitment icons.

There will be competition for slots. It's a raid guild, after all. If you expect to be handed a “core position” from start, forget it. Such things are earned by your output, survivability, understanding of fight mechanics, and reliability. Although we try to keep enough personnel for a full group 6, we expend considerable effort in swapping people in and out on a fight by fight basis so everyone gets to play, though on progression fights we roll with our best 25. We use EPGP with a healthy decay rate.

That said, all guilds are revolving doors and we know, historically, that somebody is about to remember they have a life/job/wife etc.

If you would like to inquire, the following Officers can help: Dagor, Ammeythyst, Whiteytighty, or Lugbruz (personnel officer).

For more info: Real ID- Lugbruz #1400 or JinxDagor#1357

Hello Obliiv! come check us out

    Vox Immortalis of US-Hyjal, Horde
    http://www.voximmortalis.com

    Who We Are

A 10-man only Raiding Guild focused on progression and achievements. We enjoyed a very high level of success during the WotLK expansion, becoming the only 10-man Strict Guild worldwide to attain 100% raiding achievement completion, and we completed WotLK with a #1 World Achievement and #7 World Progression 10-man Strict ranking!

We are currently 1/13H in Throne of Thunder and finished 5.1 at #16 US for Raid Achievements and 15/16 Heroic progression, as well as server-first Glory of the Pandaria Raider.

Since the release of WotLK, we have solely focused on 10-man content for a variety of reasons, but primarily because our Officers & Members believe a tighter bond and greater challenge comes from the smaller core of players a 10-man raid environment provides. We strive for a focused, motivated, enjoyable raid environment, given we typically raid 3 nights a week, 12 hours in total. We consider ourselves a good bunch of people, with a strong sense of self-accountability and would accept no less from any recruit.

Historically, our combined roster of members and Officership have had many years of experience in WoW and previous MMOs with a guild raiding history to back it up (you may read more on our About Us page {http://www.voximmortalis.com/about/} or this Pwnwear interview {http://pwnwear.com/2010/04/25/interview-with-world-1-strict-10-guild-vox-immortalis/}).

We are also fairly active in the WoW community and have created & maintained a reasonably popular series of video guides since WotLK raid content, which can be found here (http://youtube.com/gabestah). In addition, we are very active on our Guild Forums (http://www.voximmortalis.com/forum.php) and some of our members even enjoy the occasional blog post (http://www.voximmortalis.com/blog.php).

    Who We Are Seeking

    High Desire
    (1) Druid (Feral)
    (1) Hunter
    (1) Mage
    (1) Monk (Windwalker)
    (1) Rogue
    (1) Shaman (Elemental)
    or (1) Warlock

    When We Raid

Hyjal-US is on Pacific Standard Time and our raid schedule is as follows every week:
    Sunday, 6:30PM – 10:30PM PST
    Monday, 6:30PM – 10:30PM PST
    Wednesday, 6:30PM – 10:30PM PST

    What We Expect

You have been playing WoW and/or other MMOs for at least one year (or if not, are confident your skill is of appropriate level).
You are looking for a long-term Guild with a tight-knit membership core with years of high-end raiding experience and exclusive focus on 10-man content.
You understand the advantages of a Council-based loot system that Vox Immortalis currently utilizes (http://www.wowwiki.com/Loot_council).
You are confident in your abilities when playing your roles in WoW, but remain open to suggestion and improvement.
You are very aware of your surroundings when in combat during raids. You can properly avoid void zones, breaths, cleaves, swipes, proper distance to others, incoming monsters, etc. while still performing your duties fully.
You are mature; in spirit if not age.

    How We Manage Raids

At any given time, we try to maintain a constant roster of 11 Raiders, and those 11 Raiders are expected to maintain 100% attendance and will be part of our VCP system that manages Raid Rosters. While the full details of the VCP system can be found in this FAQ document {http://www.voximmortalis.com/vcpfaq/}, the basic summary of the system is as follows: All 11 active Raiders are rotated throughout the 10-man raid on a weekly basis, such that over the course of a 11 week period, each Raider will be able to raid 10 of those 11 weeks, or 30 out of 33 raids.

We strongly encourage applicants interested in becoming a Full-Time Raider to read through the VCP FAQ documentation completely.

    How to Apply

If you meet all the above requirements and are still interested in applying, please fill out our application by clicking here (http://www.voximmortalis.com/apply/). Please, take your time to thoroughly review each question asked as well as your answers. Many applications are discarded outright because the applicant obviously rushed through the process. In most cases, your application will be our first impression of you — proper spelling, grammar, punctuation, and personality go a long way.
