New movement hack or what?!

no longer has the "Only useable in Pandaria" tag on it, so it can be used anywhere, including BGs

Checking MMO Champ front page this morning I see its been hotfixed to only work in Pandaria, even though the tooltip no longer has that written on it.

It's usable outside of pandaria, but the buff doesn't just do anything at least in orgrimmar. Once I went back to pandaria the buff started working again.

Little update to this item: It seems it longer makes u jump up 10 yards. Just the visual seems to be active.. tried relogging and reloading none worked. I think Blizz once againt ruins fun items.

Essence of the Breeze should now only usable while on the continent of Pandaria.
