502 !Experienced! Feral LF Guild

I have been on a pretty dead server for years and there just isn't enough talent to support a solid raiding community anymore. I finished last tier 8/16H with 4/12 done this tier. Sadly enough that is what a top horde guild on my server is like.
My current guild is falling apart and I think it's time I go somewhere with a robust raiding community.

What I am not looking for
I am not looking to go backwards. So if you and your guild have not done more then the dead server I am on, it's not what I am looking for.
If your guild constantly has to carry several and hope the derp stars align to get your kill, it's not what I am looking for.
Wipes happen and when your working to progress they can happen a lot. I don't mind the wipes so much when people don't make the same mistakes over and over.

What I am looking for
I am looking mostly for a 10m guild that is serious about progression.
My times are pretty flexible, but I would like to avoid a hardcore time schedule.
I do however enjoy playing/raiding alts so I would like enough free time to do so.
To me alts help you understand what the other people in your raid bring to the table and ways to help them help you.

What we need from you:
- Be motivated to be the best. If you aren't, and do not care that much, you aren't going to do that well.
- Have 100% dedication to playing your character and class
- Be RELIABLE, we need you to attend almost every raid. In the events that you can't attend we need to know in advance.
- Have a microphone and not be afraid to use it. We do not type to communicate as it wastes time

You will receive criticism when you make mistakes, sometimes it will be harsh, but you must be able to take this and improve. If you are going to go and cry to your husband/wife/girlfriend/boyfriend/mom when someone tells you that you did something wrong, we are not the place for you.

What you can expect from us:
- A disciplined and hardcore raid environment, as a guild our focus will be on being #1 and anything else is falling short.
- A social environment, for most of our members that is one of the biggest draws of this game. So you will find people on at all times, many of us play different games as well. Our guild may be predicated around raiding but we want a family type atmosphere (although that of a dysfunctional one) and do want interaction and interests to go beyond raiding.

The Church is an Alliance 25 man heroic progression guild on Darkspear. We love World of Warcraft, and we aim to offer a vibrant raiding community for PvE raiding. We are a 25-Man progression raiding guild and our #1 focus is killing bosses, but we offer a great community outside of raiding as well. We are always recruiting exceptional players!

Who We Are

A 10-man only Raiding Guild focused on progression and achievements. We enjoyed a very high level of success during the WotLK expansion, becoming the only 10-man Strict Guild worldwide to attain 100% raiding achievement completion, and we completed WotLK with a #1 World Achievement and #7 World Progression 10-man Strict ranking!

We are currently 1/13H in Throne of Thunder and finished 5.1 at #16 US for Raid Achievements and 15/16 Heroic progression, as well as server-first Glory of the Pandaria Raider.

Since the release of WotLK, we have solely focused on 10-man content for a variety of reasons, but primarily because our Officers & Members believe a tighter bond and greater challenge comes from the smaller core of players a 10-man raid environment provides. We strive for a focused, motivated, enjoyable raid environment, given we typically raid 3 nights a week, 12 hours in total. We consider ourselves a good bunch of people, with a strong sense of self-accountability and would accept no less from any recruit.

Sunday, 6:30PM – 10:30PM PST

What We Expect

You have been playing WoW and/or other MMOs for at least one year (or if not, are confident your skill is of appropriate level).
You are looking for a long-term Guild with a tight-knit membership core with years of high-end raiding experience and exclusive focus on 10-man content.
You understand the advantages of a Council-based loot system that Vox Immortalis currently utilizes (http://www.wowwiki.com/Loot_council).
You are confident in your abilities when playing your roles in WoW, but remain open to suggestion and improvement.
You are very aware of your surroundings when in combat during raids. You can properly avoid void zones, breaths, cleaves, swipes, proper distance to others, incoming monsters, etc. while still performing your duties fully.
You are mature; in spirit if not age.

How We Manage Raids

At any given time, we try to maintain a constant roster of 11 Raiders, and those 11 Raiders are expected to maintain 100% attendance and will be part of our VCP system that manages Raid Rosters. While the full details of the VCP system can be found in this FAQ document {http://www.voximmortalis.com/vcpfaq/}, the basic summary of the system is as follows: All 11 active Raiders are rotated throughout the 10-man raid on a weekly basis, such that over the course of a 11 week period, each Raider will be able to raid 10 of those 11 weeks, or 30 out of 33 raids.

We strongly encourage applicants interested in becoming a Full-Time Raider to read through the VCP FAQ documentation completely.

Margaritaville is currently recruiting badass DPS for our 25-man raid core.

Progression: 7/12 ToT

We are a group of hardcore-minded players raiding on a more casual schedule (read semi-hardcore). We only raid a few times a week, but when we get in to raid we take a very serious approach and get things done. Our goal this tier is to full clear heroic Throne of Thunder while it is current content.

We also have a RBG team for those interested in organized PvP.
