    Do I still have to kill every other boss HC for Sha of Fear HC?

    Or did something change with 5.2? Someone told me I didn't need to kill Protectors/Tsulong/Lei Shi on hc to be able to engage Sha hc anymore.
    Don't know where he got that but can't hurt to ask.

    You always need to kill all the bosses in an instance on HC to engage the final baddie on HC.
