Shin'ka, Execution of Dominion VS Zerat Malakk's Soulburning Greatsword

Might sound simple enough...
I'm just curious which of these 2 weapons are the best in therms of dps output.
And we take it for granted that Shin'ka, Execution of Dominion have the legendary gem which gives you about 500 strength.
So it's "Shin'ka, Execution of Dominion(Axe) VS Zerat Malakk's Soulburning Greatsword(Sword)" and note that the last sword also get a gem slot, and which gem should it take to compete with the axe.
Or is it quite clear which of these two weapons is the best?
For the moment I am not in a position to get the 500 Str. gem for the Axe.

For normal shinka? heroic shinka? 2/2 upgraded or not?

vs a lfr zerat, normal zerat, or TF zerat?

If you trust simcraft, then:

LFR zerat > LFR shinka with sha touched gem (upgraded or not)
LFR zerat > normal shinka with sha touched gem (not upgraded with valor)
upgraded 2/2 normal shinka with sha touched gem > LFR zerat
normal zerat/TF zerat > all other versions of shinka

I could be wrong but I think this is what it looks like.

Since you didn't specify which type of weapon I'm going to assume they are both of the same type, and in that case it's incredibly easy:

Zerat, Malakk's Soulburning Greatsword

LFR versions, not upgraded.

Without upgrades LFR-Zerat is close to N-Shin'ka; it's certainly way ahead of LFR-Shin'ka.
