Ok so last night i was on my level 28 shaman and i was at the barrens and an alliance mage was running past(lvl 26)
i killed him and waited for him to come back and killed him again.
each time i killed him i /flex a few times
out of nowhere i get a msg from a gm telling me he is going to log me out and i am getting suspended.
i asked him why
he said he will send me an email.
So i get the email and it says i am getting my account suspended for spamming /flex.
OMG he couldnt find a good reason to ban me so he bans me for spamming /flex.
Is this right? Can he do that? Or is he just abusing his power?
i emailed blizzard about it and waiting for reply

You can get banned for repeating the same message constantly in a small amount of time. That includes emotes.
I don't think the GM alted over to his GM account while he was at home or something just to ban you. :P I think the guy that you were killing was annoyed, so he reported you for spamming just to get back at you.

Proof would be great, otherwise I call BS - The GM would just be invincible (or invisible, either is fine) if he put the command on.

Really spamming flex is a good enough reason for a ban?

Its really pissing me off.. As i dont remember his name because i didnt think he was banning me for killhng him.. i thought he was logging me off for another reason until i got the email.

I'm like, 100% sure, that you're not going to get banned for ganking anyone. And GM's don't have access to their GM powers while they're not working. So, I get the feeling that you're blowing smoke, OP.

How do you know the person you killed was a gm? You seem to be making a jump here. Not to mention your entire post is dubious, I doubt we're getting the full story here (assuming it isn't entirely fabricated)

That is pretty much 100% spamming. I'd wager the guy you kept killing reported you for spamming and that's why you got the suspension, if the story is accurate. Originally Posted by superstarz

Yes, and he actually did the right thing.
However, that's not possible as the worker would rarely be GM on his realm, but maybe a friend.
