I'm pretty set on most the parts in this build; however when it comes to the GPU i've been reading mixed reviews with the titan. I'm going to be using a 2560 x 1440p Resolution for gaming (27inch) with this resolution would it be better to get a GTX Titan, GTX 680 x2 SLI or just a single GTX 690?

and also depending on the choice of GPU is an 850 watt too much? would a 750 work?

    Thanks!

I always recommend going with the single GPU solution to avoid complications that still exist with SLI (e.g. 2 680s) or dual GPU cards (e.g. 690), so a single Titan gets my vote. That should be more than enough to power 2560x1440.

And 750W is overkill, get a decent 500-600W PSU like the SeaSonic M12II 520 and you'll still have plenty of headroom.
