Yeah that's a bit of a Blizz faux-pas. They decided it was a good idea to only have the BS cooldown that gives the recipes available when you open the Thunder Forge after stage 3 I think. SO yeah, few weeks wait, while leather and cloth are allready getting their recipe. Sucks being a BS in this case, or a plate wearer that wants to get into PvP in the new season.

ah well balances out BS being the best profession in dragon soul, you had the best advantage now you have a delay then you have craftable transmorg ilvl 463 85 weapons, which is much more than LW/tailor gets, so there's a delay but you're getting more than other professions.
