    Nope you can just walk right in now. They removed most attunements awhile ago.

    You have to sneak in through the sewer. The entrance is along the lower wall.

    This is a clever way to access a raid and, like the layout of the continent it is located in, it will never be reused.

    You don't anymore, but you can still do the quest line if you want the neck that eventually let's you teleport there.

    Don't MC and BWL still have attunements?

    I was gonna run one of my friend's fresh 90 through BWL for xmog gear and he couldn't get in.

    I don't think that is an attunement so much as the ability to use an instant portal into the raid. If you manually run through BRD and/or UBRS, you can still get into the raid itself.

    The entrance looks like a partially boarded-up hole on the right inner wall of the temple if you're standing at the gates.
