any number of things can cause this:
    1, unstable overclock
    2, faulty RAM
    3, deteriating CPU
    4, faulty GPU
5, Faulty device in a PCI or PCIe slot

Opening your BSOD crash dump log and posting the result here would provide more information that is needed.

    Follow this guide

The dump file should be located within the minidump folder inside your windows directory. You will need software capable of mounting ISO files to be able to install the debugging tool from microsoft without burning it to a cd, http://www.poweriso.com/ works ok.
