Idea: healing gets reduced the more people you have healing you. There's no reason anyone should sit on the same person trying to drop them. 1 healer is cheap enough, let alone 3

Yeah, how dare three healers manage to offset your damage, afterall you as a dps should reign supreme!
On a side note, damage should get reduce the more people are attacking you, a single dps is cheap enough let alone 3!
