Server transfer and LFR queue

I am currently on Khazgaroth. As it is currently a medium-population realm, LFR queue times can be quite slow to ridiculous. If I was to transfer to Barthilas, which I know to be very popular, is it possible that LFR queue times there would decrease to some degree?

I'm also sorta in the market for a raiding guild that would take me in. They seem few and far between on Khazgaroth.

LFR isn't realm-locked. You get people from all servers in your region, so your queue won't change.
