I got a new computer and a pretty good deal on it. I'm about to start up on WoW again, and was wondering what kinda graphics i could run while still getting above 30 fps. Also, what parts to upgrade in order to achieve a higher overall performance. Its one the new touch screen Windows 8 touch screen comps.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2130 CPU @ 3.4GHZ, 3400mgz, 2 cores, 4 logical processor
Ram: 4gb
Graphics Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics

don't get your hopes up with intergrated graphics.
got a specific model number for us? (thinking it's an all in one solution making upgrading a non possible option)

what resolution is the screen?

is what i could find for HD 2000 graphics (the one you got with that cpu)
do note this dates back before the graphics update of MoP so for current wow i'd say the results would be another +-15-25% lower.
