Short answer: No.
Long answer: No.
If you want to use the axe you'll have to switch over to Combat. It's a no-go on Assassination.

tbh, IF u go combat to go axe's etc u should be a orc imo :P for rest just stick to that tiny pointy daggers to poke them in teh eye
