- Anon8792Oddly enough, reminds me of a game I had once. In one of the few times I've seen Karma, I was Swain and she supported me once the game started getting moving, and I thought it looked funny as hell cause it looked like an old couple on a stroll and murdering everyone.
Call me crazy, but wasn't Azeroth originally intended to be flat? Obviously the globes in Wrath verified it to be round, but considering we're supposed to believe you can't sail from Western Kalimdor to Eastern EK, just seems to me flatness was implied. This is a fantasy world after all, there's little need for the world to be round. Draenor couldn't have been round before it was destroyed, could it? Because if that were the case, then what's left of it is only a small percentage of the planet (which happens to contain all of the landmasses referenced to before the destruction). I don't know, I wish they'd just ignore the existence of those globes and just have Azeroth be flat. A whole half of the planet being completely unexplored and/or covered with water just seems silly.
as one of the first landmass-around-swimmers of azeroth i can tell you, the Map of Vanilla WoW was also only a good guess and not reality. You could take a swim from the north of undercity to the east and around to booty bay and swim through the whole landmass of the ghostlands which were already indicated at least on the world map. It*s just bad cartographers. So of course there could be other missing landmasses there, because the cartographers are fallible or forgetful, what was i saying?
Oh right, it's just bad cartographing of azerothians and titans etc. Wait and see.
OT: I personally believe it is a new burning legion invasion.

There is no other side of Azeroth... when you open world map of Azeroth in game you see BOTH sides.

Sorry, I just refuse to believe that an entire planet is only 4 small continents that take 5 minutes to fly from one side to the other. If you want to use the "What we see is just a small scale version, in lore they are much bigger" can't the same thing be applied to those stupid little holographs in Ulduar? They don't have Pandaria on them, Tol'Barad. Hell, they have Teldrassil on the Titan's map which is a big-ass tree, grown between the events of WC3 and WoW. WAAYYY after the Titan's built Ulduar. Those stupid globes AREN'T ACCURATE. Look at the planet Azeroth when you zoom out to the Outland map, even Northrend isn't properly shown on that map, and it's showing one side of the planet as well.
Anyway if any of this isn't just speculation on my end, I hope that the Naga/Old Gods make there move next expansion or the one after :P

Can someone who is a genius and 100% certain that the globes are accurate please explain this?
