Hello, and thank you for reading this thread. I have been a Elemental Shaman for a while now. I have spent hours pouring over strats and guides. Everything that has to do with shamans. I feel like I'm not doing my job in raids I am constantly lower then my peers for raiding. I will include logs, Armory and explanation below.
